The Real Histories Directory is a resource tool for teachers, parents, pupils and the wider community to support them in teaching and learning about cultural diversity in the UK.

Find a resource by using the search box or click on 'The Real Histories Directory' link above and browse by subject, name or type of resource. You can also suggest a resource by clicking on 'Submit an entry' on that page.

As well as the varied resources, each month we add a topic that's of particular interest. Just click on 'Topic of the Month'. You'll also find suggestions for using the Directory in the classroom and at home.

Check on what's happening around the country in our Upcoming Events section. You can also tell us about your own event by using the 'Submit your event' link.

Our new Resource of the Month is the Department for Children, Schools and Families' website and advertising campaign for the Diploma qualification, starring the rap artist Kano and real-life Diploma students.
